Hällefors kommun has a small but driven IT team responsible for the operation and user support of the municipality's IT systems, including telephony, networks, office applications and journal systems. They work both internally and in close collaboration with municipalities in northern Örebro County, with a common network (WAN). Their environment also includes modern cloud services, which places high demands on security, therefore IT security is a natural foundation in everything they do.
