Riksarkivet is a government agency responsible for ensuring that information remains authentic, accessible, and usable for present and future generations. They are currently undergoing a significant transformation to become more innovative and externally oriented. The IT unit within the agency consists of around 30 employees with a wide range of expertise in IT infrastructure, user support, system integration, and system development, and is divided into three sections: User Support, IT Operations, and Coordination and Development.
